Samuel Eto’o announces retirement from football

Former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Chelsea striker Samuel Eto’o has announced his retirement from football.
Scored more than 350 goals winning the Champions League with Barcelona and once .
Eto’o, also named African Player of the Year four times, also published the information on his official Instagram, saying:”The ending. Towards a new challenge. Thank you all, enormous love.”
Eto’o was loaned to Espanyol Leganes and Mallorca before moving to Barcelona in 2004 after connecting Real Madrid in Kadji Sports Academy at Cameroon.
Afer getting the record holder for many La Liga looks by an African, Eto’o moved to Inter Milan beneath Jose Mourinho at 2009 until the twilight of his career observed charms in Anzhi Makhachkala, Chelsea, Everton, Sampdoria, Antalyaspor along with Konyaspor and eventually Qatar SC.
Later making the squad of Cameroon at age 17 internationally, Eto’o has been the youngest participant in the 1998 World Cup.
Went on to claim gold in the 2000 Olympics and two Africa Cup of Nations titles in 2002 and 2000.
